 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY WITH THE LOCATION OF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING AND NEW PROPOSED ADDITION AND PROVIDE
 THE DISTANCES TO THE PROPERTY LINE. THE COVERSHEET
 STATES THE FIRE RESISTANCE REQUIREMENTS PER FBC-B TABLE
 601. A SURVEY WILL PROVIDE THE DISTANCE FROM THE
 BUILDING AND WHAT THE FIRE RESISTANCE RATING FOR
 EXTERIOR WALLS BASED ON THE FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE
 PER TABLE 602 OF THE 2014 FBC-B.
  
 2) 2014 FBC-B 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. PLEASE
 PROVIDE A SOILS REPORT FOR THE LOAD BEARING CAPACITY OF
 THE SOIL. WHERE THE CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR
 COMPRESSIBILITY OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A
 LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION
 BE CONDUCTED.
  
 3) THE COVERSHEET:
 3A) THE COVERSHEET INDICATES THE COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE FOR THE NEW ADDITION

 SHOWER COMPARTMENTS. TRANSFER TYPE SHOWER COMPARTMENTS
 SHALL BE 36 INCHES BY 36 INCHES CLEAR INSIDE DIMENSIONS
 MEASURED AT THE CENTER POINTS OF OPPOSING SIDES AND

 THE OCCUPANT AND SLIDE/ TRANSFER ON TO THE SHOWER SEAT.
  
 5) SHEET A3.1 SHOWS A MAINTENANCE GARAGE PLEASE PROVIDE
 HOW COMPLIANCE WITH: 406.8.3 FLOOR SURFACE.
 REPAIR GARAGE FLOORS SHALL BE OF CONCRETE OR SIMILAR
 NONCOMBUSTIBLE AND NONABSORBENT MATERIALS.
 EXCEPTION: SLIP-RESISTANT, NONABSORBENT, INTERIOR FLOOR
 FINISHES HAVING A CRITICAL RADIANT FLUX NOT MORE THAN
 0.45 W/CM2, AS DETERMINED BY NFPA 253, SHALL BE
 PERMITTED.
  
 6) SHEET A3.1 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH: FBC-B 406.8.4
 HEATING EQUIPMENT. HEATING EQUIPMENT SHALL BE INSTALLED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 MECHANICAL.
  
 7) SHEET A3.1 FBC-B 406.8.6 AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
 A REPAIR GARAGE SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH AN AUTOMATIC
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 903.2.9.1.
  
 8) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
