 PLUMBING COMMENTS: PREVIOUS COMMENTS NOT COMPLIED WITH
 1. SHT. P-904 PLEASE LABEL ALL THE FIXTURES ON THE
 ISOMETRIC DRAWING AND PROVIDE A PLUMBING FIXTURE
 SCHEDULE. PER WPB AMEND TO FBC 107.2.1. NOT ALL OF THE
 FIXTURES HAVE BEEN LABELED SUCH AS THE KITCHEN AREA AND
 FUTURE LAUNDRY, BAR AREA PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 3. PLEASE LABEL SEPARATELY ALL THE STACKS AND RISERS ON
 THE ISOMETRIC DRAWING TO MATCH THE FLOOR PLAN. PER WPB
 AMEND TO FBC 107.2.1 ALL THE STACKS ARE LABELED THE
 SAME BY THE NUMBER FROM THE KEYED NOTES PLEASE PROVIDE
 AN INDIVIDUAL LABEL OR TAG FOR EACH STACK TO COINCIDE
 WITH THE SAME TAG ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE MANUFACTURE SIZING CALCULATIONS FROM
 SCHIER FOR THE GREASE AND OIL/SAND INTERCEPTORS. PER
 WPB AMEND TO FBC 107.2.1 THE CALCULATIONS FROM SCHIER
 WERE NOT PROVIDED
  
 10. TWO WAY CLEAN OUTS ARE REQUIRED BETWEEN EACH
 INTERCEPTOR AND A TEST PORT ON THE DISCHARGE SIDE OF
 THE LAST INTERCEPTOR. PER WPB UTILITIES GREASE TRAP
 DETAILS FOUND IN THE FORM ON THE WPB WEBSITE UNDER
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES. THE CLEAN OUTS SHOWN ON THE PLAN
 ARE ONE WAY CLEAN OUTS AND DO NOT COMPLY. A NOTE ON THE
 PLAN STATING TWO WAY CLEAN OUTS ARE REQUIRED BETWEEN
 EACH INTERCEPTOR WILL SUFFICE.
