| | AND BE APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION, AS THE NAME OF |
| | THE PLAT HAS CHANGED, THE LOCATIONS OF THE EASEMENTS |
| | HAS CHANGED, ETC. |

| | 3. THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED SITE SETBACKS ON THE |
