 1. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES, REQUIRED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY, SHALL BE PAID.
 UPON FINAL APPROVAL OF PLANS, ONE SET OF PLANS SHALL BE
 SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR AN
 IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH THE IMPACT FEE STAMP
 AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE
 CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN

 2. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS.

 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD. SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE ROOFING, WINDOW, AND DOOR
 SUBMITTALS.
  
 3. DOORS AND WINDOWS ON SCHEDULE ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE
 FLOOR PLAN.
  
 4. ACCORDIAN SHUTTER SCHEDULE DOES NOT HAVE SHUTTERS
 LISTED. THERE IS A NOA FOR WINDOWS LISTED HERE. NOA?S
