 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) IT APPEARS THAT NEW PARKING WILL BE ADDED IN THE
 SCOPE OF THE PROJECT. A STALL PAINTING DETAIL, IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS) IS REQUIRED AS PART OF
 THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL. ALSO NOTE THAT A SEPARATE PERMIT
 IS REQUIRED FOR THE PARKING AREA FOR STRIPING ASPHALT
 REPLACEMENT/REPAIR. [9/1/2017 REPEAT COMMENT]
  
 2.) A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPING AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE LIFT
 STATION.
  
 3.) A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE
 REMOVAL OF ANY TREES ON PREMISE. PLEASE CONTACT RAY
 CARANCI, CITY LANDSCAPE PLANNER, AT (561) 822-1462.
  
 4.) A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED
 CHAIN LINK FENCE BEYOND THE CONCRETE PAD FOR THE LIFT
