 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) IT APPEARS THAT NEW PARKING WILL BE ADDED IN THE
 SCOPE OF THE PROJECT. A STALL PAINTING DETAIL, IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS) IS REQUIRED AS PART OF
 THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 2.) LANDSCAPING IS REQUIRED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE
 LIFT STATION. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SUBMITTAL IS
 ALSO REQUIRED FOR THE LANDSCAPING.
  
 3.) A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE
 REMOVAL OF ANY TREES ON THE PREMISES. PLEASE CONTACT
