 1) THE COVERSHEET INDICATES THIS NEW TENANT SPACE IS
 BEING SEPARATED OUT OF A LARGER TENANT SPACE. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE REMAINING SQUARE FEET OF THE ORIGINAL
 TENANT SPACE. 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II
 701.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS,
 COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 CREATION OR EXTENSION OF NONCONFORMITY. ALL NEW WORK,
 RE-CONFIGURATION SHALL NOT CREATE OR EXTEND ANY
 NONCONFORMITY IN THE EXISTING BUILDING TO WHICH THE
 RE-CONFIGURATION OF SPACE IS BEING MADE WITH REGARD TO
 ACCESSIBILITY, STRUCTURAL STRENGTH, FIRE SAFETY, MEANS
 OF EGRESS, OR THE CAPACITY OF MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, OR
 ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.
 2) THE COVERSHEET INDICATES THE OCCUPANCY AS BUSINESS
 WITH 3115 SQ. FT. AND AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF ONLY 31.

 THE PARTITION. SHEET A-3.1 DETAIL 04 ALSO SHOWS THIS
 TYPE WALL AS NON-BEARING, NON-RATED. 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED DISCREPANCY IN PLANS.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
