 COLOR OF MARKING ARE NOT SPECIFIED BY THESE
 REQUIREMENTS BUT MAY BE ADDRESSED BY STATE OR LOCAL
 LAWS OR REGULATIONS.
 1ST ROUND OF COMMENTS. THE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE WHICH
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING IS THE FRONT, WITH EXCEPTION TO
 THE NORTH ARROW MAKING THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE THE FRONT
 OF THE BUILDING. NOTE NO STOP SIGN THIS SIDE OF THE
 STREET SEE COUNTY GIS, AND GOOGLE EARTH. THE ISSUE IS
 ALL OF THE PARKING SPACES ARE PROVIDED WITH CAR WHEEL
 STOPS, WITH EXCEPTION TO THE HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE.
 THIS ALLOWS THE CAR TO PULL IN FURTHER INTO THE SPACE
 BLOCKING OFF ACCESS TO THE FRONT DOOR. THE
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE IN SECTION 208.3.1 REQUIRES AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE THAT IS AT LEAST 44 INCHES IN WIDTH.
  
 4C) BUILDING PROVISO: A PERMIT FOR THE SEALING AND
 STRIPING OF THE PARKING LOT HAS TO BE APPLIED FOR, PAY
 FOUR TIMES THE FEE BEFORE THIS PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
 THE PARKING SEALING AND STRIPING PERMIT HAS TO BE
 FINALED BEFORE THIS PERMIT CAN APPLY FOR A FINAL
 INSPECTION. A HOLD WILL BE PUT ON THE BUILDING PERMITS
 FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 1ST ROUND OF COMMENTS. GOOGLE EARTH SHOW THE PARKING
 LOT TO HAVE BEEN JUST RECENTLY RESTRIPED. ALSO IN THE
 SAME PHOTOGRAPH IS A RENTALS SIGN AVAILABLE!!! A SPATE
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR RESTRIPING OF THE PARKING LOT
 AND A 4X FEE PUT ON THIS PROPERTY.

 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 REVISION & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES
