 4B) THE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE WHICH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING IS THE FRONT, WITH EXCEPTION TO THE NORTH
 ARROW MAKING THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE THE FRONT OF THE
 BUILDING. NOTE NO STOP SIGN THIS SIDE OF THE STREET SEE
 COUNTY GIS, AND GOOGLE EARTH. THE ISSUE IS ALL OF THE
 PARKING SPACES ARE PROVIDED WITH CAR WHEEL STOPS, WITH
 EXCEPTION TO THE HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE. THIS ALLOWS
 THE CAR TO PULL IN FURTHER INTO THE SPACE BLOCKING OFF
 ACCESS TO THE FRONT DOOR. THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE IN
 SECTION 208.3.1 REQUIRES AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE THAT IS AT
 LEAST 44 INCHES IN WIDTH.
  
 4C) GOOGLE EARTH SHOW THE PARKING LOT TO HAVE BEEN JUST
 RECENTLY RESTRIPED. ALSO IN THE SAME PHOTOGRAPH IS A
 RENTALS SIGN AVAILABLE!!! A SPATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED
 FOR RESTRIPING OF THE PARKING LOT AND A 4X FEE PUT ON
 THIS PROPERTY.

 489 WHO INTENDS TO CONSTRUCT, ENLARGE, ALTER, REPAIR,
 MOVE, DEMOLISH, OR CHANGE THE OCCUPANCY OF A BUILDING
 OR STRUCTURE, OR TO ERECT, INSTALL, ENLARGE, ALTER,
 REPAIR, REMOVE, CONVERT OR REPLACE ANY IMPACT RESISTANT
 COVERINGS, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING OR

 DETAIL B DOES PROVIDE ALL OF THE REQUIRED STRUCTURAL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED BUT THE DETAIL STATES IT IS FOR
 THE NEW WINDOW ONLY. SHEET A310 DETAIL 3 MAKES NO
 MENTION TO SEE THIS DETAIL. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED. 107.2.1.3.
 SHEET A511 DETAIL B AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DETAIL IT
 STATES THE BOTTOM TRACK IS TO BE FASTENED WITH TAPCONS
 (4) ? X 1 ? INCH TAPCONS, BUT NO SPACING THE SAME WITH
 THE TOP TRACK!!!!!
  
 5C) THE PLANS STATE THE BOTTOM TRACK IS TO BE FASTENED
 TO A CONCRETE CURB, THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW A CONCRETE
 CURB JUST THE FLOOR SLAB? 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 5D) WITH THE EXTERIOR WALL DETAIL 3/ A310 SHOWING THE
 BOTTOM TRACK IN THE EXTERIOR DOOR RECESS TO BE AT
 GRADE, THERE IS NO FLASHING OR OTHER DETAILS OF HOW A
 WATER TIGHT SEAL WILL OCCUR BETWEEN THE CONCRETE DECK
 AND THE NEW STUCCO WALL. FBC-B 1405.4. FLASHINGS.
  
 5E) WITH THE EXTERIOR WALL DETAIL 3/ A310 INDICATES THE
