 PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
 RESPONSE: THIS MAY BE DONE LATER AFTER THE PLANS ARE
 APPROVED BY ALL TRADES AND PERMIT IS READY TO BE
 ISSUED.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R101.4.3 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION, 5TH EDITION
 (2014).

 SINGLE HUNG WINDOW SIZE SPECIFIED ON PLANS DON'T COMPLY
 WITH THE MINIMUM CLEAR HEIGHT REQUIRED BY SEC. R310.1.2
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET A.1 SPECIFIES 53 X
 51 SINGLE HUNG WINDOW. THIS WINDOW SIZE DOESN'T PROVIDE
 THE 24" CLEAR HEIGHT OPENING. ALSO, FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET
 A.1 SPECIFIES SH-25, WHILE SOUTH ELEVATION ON SHEET A.2
 SPECIFIES SH-34. INFORMATION DOESN'T MATCH. CLEARLY
 SPECIFY ONE SIZE OF WINDOW THAT COMPLIES WITH ALL THE
 EGRESS REQUIREMENTS.
  
 NOTE: ENGINEER OF RECORD MAY BE CHARGED 4 TIMES THE
 PLAN REVIEW AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE 553.80(2)(B)
 FOR MULTIPLE PLAN REVIEW REJECTIONS.
  
 4- PLANS SPECIFY EXISTING 3'-0 X 6'-8" ENTRY DOOR AND
 EXISTING SINGLE HUNG WINDOW. THERE ARE NO CITY RECORDS
 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE ENTRY DOOR. ALSO, PHOTOS ON
 THE INTERNET WHEN THE HOUSE WAS FOR SALE SHOW A GARAGE
 WITH NO DOORS, EXCEPT FOR THE OPENING FOR A GARAGE
 DOOR. AND THE WINDOW SEEMS TO BE FAIRLY NEW. SEE
 ATTACHED PHOTO. PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE INSTALLATION
 OF NEW DOOR AND REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS. PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WILL BE REQUIRED. SEE ITEM # 8 BELOW. REVISE
 INFORMATION ON PLANS AND PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION
 FOR THE FRAMING OF THE ENTRY DOOR. SEC. R301.1

 PLANS STILL CALL FOR EXISTING DOOR. PLANS WERE REVISED
 SHOWING THE VERTICAL REINFORCEMENT FOR THE WINDOW, BUT
 DON'T SHOW THE VERTICAL REINFORCEMENT FOR THE ENTRY
 DOOR. REVISE ALL PLANS AS REQUIRED.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) ENTRY DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS.

 B) SINGLE HUNG WINDOW AS SHOWN PLANS.

 #2 ON SHEET A.1 IS ONLY 10PSF?. WHERE IS THIS DESIGN
 CRITERIA TAKEN FROM? PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE. SEC.

 LOADS SPECIFIED ON "DESIGN PARAMETERS" DON'T MATCH
 LOADS SPECIFIED ON "STRUCTURAL NOTES" ON THE SAME
 SHEET. ENGINEER TO REVISE INFORMATION AS REQUIRED TO
 MATCH.
  
 8- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE: WHEN SURVEY IS SUBMITTED ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY
 APPLY DEPENDING ON THE DISTANCE FROM THE STRUCTURE TO
