 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 THE APPROVED SET OF DOCUMENTS. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 NARRATIVE OF WHAT ELEMENTS WERE CHANGED UNDER REVISION
 # 3 AND INCLUDE DELTA 3 ON THE NEXT SUBMISSION.
 2014 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2) SHEET A2.1. REVISION # 4 IS INCLUSIVE OF THE CITY
 OWNED SIDEWALK. THIS REVISION ALSO INCLUDES THE FRONT
 WALL OF THE TENANT SPACE. NO NARRATIVE WAS INCLUDED IN
 THIS SUBMISSION. WITHIN THE REVISION # 4 THE FRONT WALL
 INDICATES A WALL SECTION 4/ A5.2 PLEASE PROVIDE
 CLARIFICATION AS TO WHAT THE REVISION IS CONCERNING THE
 FRONT ENTRY WALL AND OR DETAIL. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THE SUBMITTED SURVEY SHOWS DIRECTLY IN
 FRONT OF THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING IS THE EAST LIMIT OF
 THE PROPERTY. TO THE EAST OF THE PROPERTY LINE IS CITY
 OF W. P. B PUBLIC SIDEWALK AND ROADWAY. WHEN WORKING ON
 EITHER THE SIDEWALK OR CITY RIGHT OF WAY A SEPARATE
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED BY ENGINEERING.

 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 105.3.8 PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY. A PERMIT
 SHALL NOT BE GIVEN BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF ANY BUILDING, OR FOR THE ALTERATION OF
 ANY BUILDING WHERE SAID BUILDING IS TO BE CHANGED AND
 SUCH CHANGE WILL AFFECT THE EXTERIOR WALLS, BAYS,
 BALCONIES, OR OTHER APPENDAGES OR PROJECTIONS FRONTING
 ON ANY STREET, ALLEY OR PUBLIC LANE, OR FOR THE PLACING
 ON ANY LOT OR PREMISES OF ANY BUILDING OR STRUCTURE
 REMOVED FROM ANOTHER LOT OR PREMISES, UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT HAS RECEIVED A RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT FROM THE
 AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION OVER THE STREET, ALLEY OR
 PUBLIC LANE.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
