 2014 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A-2 IT APPEARS THERE MAY BE A DISCREPANCY IN
 THE PLANS. THE 2 ELEVATION VIEWS OF THE RESTROOM THE
 NORTH AND EAST SHOW TILE ON THE WALLS BUT WHEN YOU GO
 TO THE ROOM FINISH SCHEDULE, SAME PAGE IT APPEARS THE
 WALLS ARE A PAINT FINISH WITH NOTE (4). PLEASE PROVIDE
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2014 FBC-B 1210.2.2 WALLS AND
 PARTITIONS. WALLS AND PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET (610 MM)
 OF SERVICE SINKS, URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE
 A SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF
 NOT LESS THAN 4 FEET (1219 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR, AND
 EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE MATERIALS USED IN
 SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY
 AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.
  
 2) THE MECHANICAL SHEET M-1 NOTE #9 IS FOR THROUGH THE
 WALL LOUVERS FOR EITHER INTAKE OR EXHAUST AIR.
 SHEET M-3 DETAIL 8 IDENTIFIES THE WALL LOUVER AS A
 MIAMI-DADE NOA 12-0830.08. PLEASE PROVIDE FOR
 COMPLIANCE WITH 1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS & CLADDING.

 CODE 61G20-3.005, RULE 9N-3 NOV. 01/ 2010 (31)
 SUB-CATEGORY OF PRODUCTS OR CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS THAT
 WILL REQUIRE PRODUCT APPROVALS:

 3) FBC 107.3.4.1 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9N-03 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
