 1. SHEET C-4 DOES NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE EXISTING
 CONDITIONS.
  
 2. SHEET C-4 INDICATES THAT THERE IS PROPOSED TO BE A
 REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES. AS PROVIDED
 IN THE APPROVED SITE PLAN FOR THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH
 COMMUNITY SERVICE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CSPD), THE SITE
 CURRENTLY DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXCESSES PARKING BEYOND
 THAT REQUIRED BY THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. AS SUCH, ANY PARKING PROPOSED TO BE
 REMOVED SHALL BE REPLACED ELSEWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
  
 3. SHEET C-4 INDICATES THE REMOVAL OF HANDICAP
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. AS PROVIDED IN THE APPROVED
 SITE PLAN FOR THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH CSPD, THE SITE
 CURRENTLY DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXCESSES ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 BEYOND THAT REQUIRED BY THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. AS SUCH, ANY PARKING PROPOSED TO BE
 REMOVED SHALL BE REPLACED ELSEWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
  
 4. PLANS INDICATE THAT THERE IS LANDSCAPING PROPOSED TO
 BE REPLACED WITH PAVERS/CONCRETE. AS PROVIDED IN THE
 APPROVED SITE PLAN FOR THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH CSPD,
 THE SITE CURRENTLY HAS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF IMPERVIOUS
 SURFACE PERMITTED BY THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. ANY LANDSCAPE MATERIAL THAT IS REMOVED
 SHALL BE REPLACED ELSEWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
  
 5. SIGNAGE SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPERTY IS SUBJECT
 TO THE SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 94-408(F) OF THE
 CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (INCLUDING MAXIMUM # OF SIGNS, MAXIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE
 OF SIGNS, ETC.).
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-207(E) OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, AS THE PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENTS MODIFY THE PREVIOUSLY-APPROVED SITE AND
 LANDSCAPE PLANS, A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE FIRST BAPTIST
 CSPD SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE PLANNING
 DIVISION PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 7. ALL LANDSCAPE MODIFICATIONS REQUIRE THE ISSUANCE OF
 A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
