 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 2- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC.
 R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 3- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
