 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 TACTILE CHARACTERS ON SIGNS SHALL BE LOCATED 48 INCHES
 (1220 MM) MINIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND
 SURFACE, MEASURED FROM THE BASELINE OF THE LOWEST
 TACTILE CHARACTER AND 60 INCHES (1525 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND SURFACE, MEASURED FROM THE

 1B) DETAILS B & C ARE FOR TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS.
 PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE FOR THE LOCATION OF THE
 DISPENSER BOTH HEIGHT AND THE DISTANCE IN FRONT OF THE
 WATER CLOSET WILL NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 2014 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 604.9.6 DISPENSERS. TOILET PAPER
 DISPENSERS SHALL COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND SHALL BE 7
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 9 INCHES MAXIMUM IN FRONT OF THE
 WATER CLOSET MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 DISPENSER. THE OUTLET OF THE DISPENSER SHALL BE 14
 INCHES MINIMUM AND 19 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR. THERE SHALL BE A CLEARANCE OF 11/2 INCHES (38
 MM) MINIMUM BELOW THE GRAB BAR. DISPENSERS SHALL NOT BE
 OF A TYPE THAT CONTROLS DELIVERY OR THAT DOES NOT ALLOW
 CONTINUOUS PAPER FLOW.
  
 2) SHEET G004:
 2A) UNDER THE HEADING OF GENERAL NOTES INTERIOR
 PARTITIONS THE COMMENT REFERENCES R-4403.7.7 THE
 RESIDENTIAL CODE, PLEASE USE THE 2014 FBC-BUILDING CODE
 FOR ALL CODE REFERENCES. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED, REFERENCING THE WRONG CODE.

 PERMITTED IN ROOF CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING GIRDERS,
 TRUSSES, FRAMING AND DECKING. ALSO REVIEW SHEET A-301
 FOR 2X10 JOIST THAT STATE 2X10 P.T.
  
 3) SHEET A-101 INDICATES A PORTION OF A MEZZANINE BEING
 REMOVED BUT THE PLANS ARE SILENT TO WHERE THERE IS
 STILL APPORTION OF THE MEZZANINE LEFT OVER OFFICE # 1
 AND NONE OF THE PLANS INDICATE HOW TO GAIN ACCESS TO
 THE MEZZANINE AREA THAT IS LEFT. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. THIS REVIEW CYCLE A THOROUGH
 REVIEW COULD NOT BE COMPLETED AND ADDITIONAL AND OR NEW
 COMMENTS MAY OCCUR ON SUBSEQUENT REVIEWS.
  
 4) SHEET A-102:
 4A) THIS SHEET INDICATES THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW
 LIFT. THE PLANS NEED TO MAKE IT CLEAR IF THIS IS A
 PLATFORM LIFT THAT WILL NEED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE ACCESS. CODE 410. (1-6) AND ASME A 18.1 OR A
 LULA LIFT AND REQUIRED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE
 ACCESS. CODE 408. (1-4.8) AND ASME A 17.1.
  
 4B) THE LOADING BAY SHOWS NEW STAIRS, PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE DESIGN MINIMUM UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED LIVE LOADS
 TABLE 1607.1.(30). SHEET A-502 ALSO SHOWS A STAIR
 SECTION BUT NO LOADING INFORMATION. PLEASE ALSO NOTE
 THE STRINGER INDICATES A 2X12. MUST BE FIRE RETARDANT
 TREATED WOOD. FBC-B 603.1.1.1.3
  
 4C) THE PLANS INDICATE THIS IS A LOADING DOCK, PLEASE
 SHOW WHAT SECTIONS WILL BE REMOVALABLE OR WILL THE
 WHOLE LOADING DOCK HAVE GUARDRAILS SURROUNDING THE
 LOADING DOCK. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4D) DETAIL A IS OF A GUARDRAIL SYSTEM. PLEASE CORRECT
 CODE IN AFFECT, WE ARE NO LONGER UNDER THE 2010 CODE

 SECTION DOES NOT INDICATE IF THE 2X10S ARE CEILING
 JOIST AND LOAD OR IF THEY ARE TO BE CONSIDERED AS FLOOR
 JOIST AND THE LOADING OF THE JOIST? ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED? PLEASE IDENTIFY IF THE AREA ABOVE
 THE OFFICE IS TO BE AN ENCLOSED MEZZANINE, IF SO THE
 TYPE OF OCCUPANCY? 107.2.1.3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS

 5B) THERE IS A WALL DETAIL W2/A-501 THAT SHOWS THE WALL
 GOING ALL THE WAY TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE OF THE ROOF
 DECK. THIS WALL IS CLASSIFIED AS UL DESIGN U465 A 1 HR.
 FIRE RATING NON-BEARING WALL. PLEASE NOTE THIS WALL
 SHOWS NOT ONLY DRYWALL CEILING LOADS BUT 2X10 JOIST,
 NOT KNOWN IF ACTING AS FLOOR JOIST OR CEILING JOIST.
 THE LIMITING HEIGHT REQUIREMENT FOR NON-STRUCTURAL
 INTERIOR WALL, 3 ? INCH STEEL STUD, 25 GAUGE, AT 24
 INCHES ON CENTER WITH A 5 PSF AND L/120 IS LIMITED TO
 13 FOOT 9 INCHES.
  
 5C) PLEASE NOTE THE 2X10 JOIST ARE SPACED AT 16 INCHES
 ON CENTER WHEREAS THE STEEL STUDS ARE SPACED AT 24
 INCHES ON CENTER, PLEASE PROVIDE HOW THE LEDGERS ARE
 GOING TO BE SECURED TO A NON-STRUCTURAL STUD. PLEASE
 ALSO PROVIDE WHAT BUCKET WILL BE USED TO ATTACH THE
 JOIST TO THE HORIZONTAL LEDGER AND AT WHAT SPACING THE
 2 LEDGERS ARE TO BE NAILED TOGETHER. 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 6) SHEET A-502 IN THE BOTTOM LEFT SECTION OF THE PAGE
 METHOD OF COMPLIANCE NOTES, FBC 602.1 & 602.1.1 ARE
 BOTH NOTES PULLED FROM THE RESIDENTIAL CODE, NOT
 APPLICABLE UNDER THE 2014 FBC-B. PLEASE CORRECT CODE

 7) MECHANICAL SHEET BY COOL WORLD SHOWS A NEW CONDENSER
 MOUNTED ON THE EXTERIOR WALL ON WALL BRACKETS, THIS IS
 NOT SHOWN ON ANY OF THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS. PLEASE
 INCORPORATE THE DESIGN AND PLACEMENT. PLEASE ALSO
 PROVIDE THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FOR THE MOUNTING OF
 THE CONDENSER AND BRACKET.
