 1- INFORMATION SUBMITTED IS INSUFFICIENT FOR PLAN
 REVIEW. SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CLEAR. LOCATION OF THE
 BATHROOM ADDITION IS NOT IDENTIFIED. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 DRAWINGS SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE NEW BATHROOM. IF
 THIS IS AN ADDITION, THEN PROVIDE COMPLETE SET OF
 DRAWINGS (2 COPIES) SHOWING FOUNDATION PLAN, ROOF
 FRAMING PLAN, COMPLETE WALL SECTION DETAIL SHOWING ALL
 STRUCTURAL FRAMING MEMBERS AND CONNECTORS. NOTE:
 CLEARLY IDENTIFY ALL ROOMS ADJACENT TO THE BATHROOM
 ADDITION TO VERIFY THAT NO BEDROOM EGRESS OPENINGS ARE
 BLOCKED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. SEC. R301.1 FBC
 -RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014).
  
 2- PLANS NEED TO HAVE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN . SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- DRAWING SUBMITTED IS NOT LEGIBLE. THE BACKGROUND OF
 THE GRAPH PAPER IS TOO DARK AND DOESN'T ALLOW READING
 OF THE PROPOSED BATHROOM. PROVIDE PAPER WITH LIGHTER OR
 CLEAR BACKGROUND. SEC. 107.2.1.4 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- IF THIS IS AN ADDITION, REVISED PLANS NEED TO BE
 TAKEN TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT
 FEES ASSESSMENT. BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND
 COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 5- PLANS ARE NO CLEAR. PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR NEW ROOF,
 WINDOWS?, MAY BE REQUIRED. FAC 61G20-3.001.
