 BE LESS COMPLIANT THAN AT THE TIME THE BUILDING WAS
 BUILT. THE ORIGINAL BUILDING WAS BUILT UNDER PERMIT
 04120353 IN OTHER WORDS APPLIED FOR PERMIT APRIL OF
 2004. BUILDINGS THAT WERE IN DESIGN OR PERMITTED FOR
 FIRST OCCUPANCY AFTER 13, 1991 MUST BE DESIGNED FOR
 FAIR HOUSING. THE INTERIOR DOORS ARE CONSIDERED USABLE
 DOORS UNDER FAIR HOUSING THAT ALLOWS PASSAGE WITHIN THE
 DWELLING UNIT. USABLE DOORS ARE INTENDED TO PROVIDE 32
 INCHES CLEAR WIDTH. PLEASE SEE THE 2014
