 STRUCTURE AND IS EXEMPT FROM THE FBC ENERGY
 CONSERVATION REQUIREMENTS. HOWEVER, THE HEATING AND
 COOLING SYSTEM DESIGN LOAD CALCULATIONS FOR SIZING THE
 EQUIPMENT ARE REQUIRED PER FBC MECHANICAL SECTION
