 FOR FUTURE SUBMITTALS WHEN THEY ARE DENIED 3 OR MORE

 1- PROPOSED USE OF THESE BUILDINGS IS NOT CLEAR.
 PROPOSED SITE PLAN SHOWS TWO EXISTING BUILDINGS WITH
 PARKING FOR 5 CARS, INCLUDING PARKING FOR A HANDICAPPED
 PERSON. THIS PARKING LAYOUT IS TYPICAL FOR COMMERCIAL
 USE. FLOOR PLANS SUBMITTED SHOW A LAYOUT FOR A SINGLE
 FAMILY RESIDENCE. CLEARLY IDENTIFY THE PROPOSED USED OF
 EACH BUILDING. NOTE: THE EXISTING USE IS A SINGLE
 FAMILY RESIDENCE WITH A DETACHED GARAGE. IDENTIFY THE
 USE OF EACH BUILDING FOR PROPER PLAN REVIEW. SEC. 102.2

 AS REQUIRED. THE PROPOSED USE OF THE DETACHED STRUCTURE
 IS NOT CLEAR. IS IT A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE OR
 BUSINESS. FLOOR PLAN SHOWN ON SHEET 2 OF 4 DOESN'T HAVE
 A NAME IDENTIFYING WHAT IS THE MAIN ROOM USED FOR.
 NOTE: ACCORDING TO ZONING, COMMERCIAL USE IS NOT
 ALLOWED. NEED ZONING APPROVAL FOR PROPOSED USE.
 BUILDING REVIEW CAN NOT BE PERFORMED IF SPECIFIC USE IS
 NOT PROVIDED. REVISE INFORMATION IN SHEET 2 OF 4.

 4- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
 BRING BACK COUNTY STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) EXTERIOR DOOR AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 B) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 C) SHUTTERS, IF DOOR AND WINDOWS DON'T HAVE IMPACT
 GLAZING. AND PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
 SEE CITY SAMPLE.
  
 D) ALL STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON FRAMING
 DETAILS. PROVIDE ONLY THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 COVER PAGE AND PAE SHOWING THE SPECIFIED CONNECTOR OR
 ENGINEER OF RECORD TO LIST THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 NUMBER NEXT TO EACH CONNECTOR.
  
 5- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 6- SPECIFY THE VALUATION FOR ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK
 SHOWN ON PLANS. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR,
 MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND ALL
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 7- SHEET 1 OF 4:
 A) CLEARLY SPECIFY THE OCCUPANCY USE/TYPE SPECIFIED ON
 THE WIND INFORMATION ON THE UPPER RIGHT SIDE OF SHEET 1
 OF 4. CLEARLY DEFINE WHAT TYPE OF "RESIDENTIAL
 DWELLING" IS THE PROPOSED USE OF THIS BUILDING.
 COORDINATE WITH ITEM # 1 ABOVE. SEC. 310 FBC-BUILDING.
  
 B) SPECIFY THE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT ON THE
 WIND INFORMATION. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 C) THIS IS A CHANGE OF USE. THIS STRUCTURE WAS A
 GARAGE. THIS IS NOT LEVEL OF ALTERATION 2. THIS WILL BE
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. SEC. 506 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING,
 5TH EDITION (2014). REVISE AS REQUIRED. COORDINATE WITH
 ITEM #1 ABOVE.
  
 D) REVISE THE WINDOWS DESIGN PRESSURES TABLE SHOWN ON
 THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER. NEED TO SPECIFY THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR THE EFFECTIVE WIND AREA OF EACH WINDOW AS
 REQUIRED BY TABLE R301.2(2) FBC-RESIDENTIAL. USE THE
 LOWEST EFFECTIVE AREA OF 10 S.F. AS SHOWN ON TABLE
 R301.2(2) FOR INDIVIDUAL WINDOWS THAT ARE 10 S.F. OR
 LESS (OR PROVIDE THE ACTUAL CALCULATIONS). ALSO, THE
 DOOR IS LOCATED IN THE END ZONE NOT INTERIOR ZONE.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 8- DETAIL 2/3 ON SHEET 3 OF 4:
 A) SPECIFY THE STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS AT THE ENDS OF ALL
 STRUCTURAL MEMBERS. (VERTICALLY AND HORIZONTALLY). SEC.
 R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) CLARIFY HOW IS THE NEW HEAD HEADER SUPPORTED ON THE
 FRAMING WALL. WHY THERE IS NOT STUD SUPPORTING THE ENDS
 OF THE HEADER. WHY THERE IS ONLY ONE BEARING STUD. SEC.
 R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 9- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE HEATING REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R303.9
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
