 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) PROVIDE THE WIDTH OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE OPENING
 ON THE PLAN. IT MUST CONTAIN A MINIMUM 12 FOOT 6 INCH
 WIDE OPENING (NO DIMENSION PROVIDED).
  
 2) THE OVERALL DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE DEPTH DOES NOT MEET
 CITY STANDARDS. PROVIDE A LETTER FROM THE CITY?S
 SANITATION DEPARTMENT THAT THE 10 FOOT DEPTH MEETS IS
 APPROVED.
  
 3) SECTION 94-221(D)(10) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT DUMPSTERS FOR
 FOOD SERVICE BUSINESSES SHALL BE FULLY ENCLOSED AND
 AIR-CONDITIONED. THE CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL DETERMINED
 THAT AIR-CONDITIONING THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE WOULD NOT
 COMPLY WITH THE ENERGY CODE REQUIREMENTS, SO THE
 DUMPSTER DOES NOT NEED TO BE AIR-CONDITIONED. HOWEVER,
 THE FULLY ENCLOSED DUMPSTER NEEDS TO HAVE SOME SORT OF
 EXHAUST FAN. PROVIDE THE DETAILS ON HOW THE ENCLOSURE
 WILL BE VENTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FAN (MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT) SHALL BE SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 94-221(D)(8). THE NOTE ON THE PLAN TO REFERENCE THE
 MASTER PERMIT DOES NOT APPLY SINCE NOTHING RELATING TO
 THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE WAS APPROVED AS PART OF THE
 MASTER BUILDING PERMIT BY ZONING. ALL DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE TO BE INCLUDED
 AND APPROVED BY THIS PERMIT.
  
 4) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF ALL PLANS.
