 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) THE EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE ON THE PLAN AND THE AHRI
 CERTIFICATE INDICATE A 2-TON SYSTEM, HOWEVER THE PLAN
 IS INDICATING 1065 CFMS OF SUPPLY AIR. THAT AMOUNT OF
 AIR WOULD TYPICALLY EXCEED THE CAPACITY OF THE 2-TON
 SYSTEM. IT MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT THE WRONG SCHEDULE WAS
 PLACED ON THE PLAN, AND THE WRONG AHRI CERTIFICATE
 SUBMITTED. PLEASE CORRECT AND REMOVE OR MARK VOID ON
 ALL SHEETS IN THE PERMIT FILE THAT ARE NO LONGER
 APPLICABLE TO THE PROJECT.
  
 2) INDICATE ON THE SUBMITTED PLAN THE MINIMUM WORKING
 CLEARANCE SPACE FOR THE NEW AIR HANDLER IN THE CLOSET-
 3 INCHES ALONG THE SIDES, BACK, AND TOP WITH A TOTAL
 WIDTH OF THE CLOSET AT LEAST 12 INCHES WIDER THAN THE
 AIR HANDLER- SECTION M1305.1.1 FBC-14 RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3) CLARIFY WHAT THE 20" LABEL IN THE KITCHEN IS
 IDENTIFYING- A DUCT, A GRILL?
  
 4) PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE AND CLEAR, LEGIBLE COPIES OF
 THE FL. PRODUCT APPROVAL #14239-R3. THE DOCUMENT
 SUBMITTED IS MISSING PAGES 2 & 4 AND HAS FAINT
 ILLEGIBLE PRINT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REQUIRED
 STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE CONDENSER MOUNTING PAD ARE
 CONTAINED IN NOTE #7 ON PAGE 1.
  
 5) COMMENT #2 FROM THE PREVIOUS REVIEW STILL EXISTS. I
 HAVE REPRINTED THE COMMENT BELOW- PLEASE COMPLY.
  
 2) REFER TO SECTION R101.4.5 FBC-14 ENERGY
 CONSERVATION: THE PREVIOUSLY UNCONDITIONED GARAGE
 APARTMENT MUST BE BROUGHT INTO FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CODE, THEREFORE THE SUBMITTED ENERGY FORM R402-2014 IS
 INCOMPLETE, AND ALSO INVALID. PLEASE READ THE "SCOPE"
 AT THE TOP OF THE FORM: "TO COMPLY, A BUILDING MUST
 MEET OR EXCEED ALL OF THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY
 REQUIREMENTS ON
  
 TABLE R402A AND ALL APPLICABLE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
