 1) SHEET A4: THE DINING ROOM SEATING LAYOUT APPEARS
 OVER CONCENTRATED. THE "OCCUPANCY TAB" INDICATES THAT
 THE DINING & BAR AREA WAS CALCULATED AS 1584 SQ FT /
 13. HOWEVER, PER NFPA 1, TABLE 14.8.1.2, THE
 CALCULATION SHOULD BE
 1584 SQ FT / 15 FOR AN OCCUPANCY OF 105. THERE ARE
 ABOUT 14 SEATS OVER PERMITTED OCCUPANCY.
 PLEASE ALSO CONFIRM SEATING LAYOUT COMPLIES WITH NFPA
 101: CHAPTER 12 - NEW ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCIES;
 SPECIFICALLY SECTIONS 12.2.5.7 AND 12.2.5.8, AISLE
 ACCESSWAYS AND AISLES SERVING SEATING AT TABLES.

 AREA TO BE SERVED IS NOT PROVIDED. NEITHER IS THE
 SEPARATION DISTANCE FOR THE TWO NEW ENTRY/EXIT
 DOORS.****
 THE REMOTENESS BETWEEN THE REQUIRED EXITS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE FOLLOWING:

 IN 7.5.1.3.3 THROUGH 7.5.1.3.5.

 APPROVED, SUPERVISED AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN

 3) PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THIS SUITE IS PROTECTED WITH AN
 APPROVED FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND/OR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
 AND THAT A PERMIT WILL BE APPLIED FOR DUE TO ANY AND
 ALL CHANGES MADE TO THOSE SYSTEMS. SHEET A4 HAS
 CONFLICTING INFORMATION AS IT STATES THAT THERE WILL BE
 NO CHANGES, HOWEVER THERE ARE PORTIONS OF THE SUITE
 THAT HAVE WALLS BEING REMOVED OR ADDED, PER SHEETS A2
 AND A3....THIS WILL AFFECT FIRE SPRINKLER AND FIRE
 ALARM COVERAGE.
  
 4) NEW COMMENT:
 SHEETS A4 AND E2 DO NOT MATCH. ONE OF THE NEW
 ENTRY/EXIT DOORS AND EXIT SIGNS IS NOT SHOWN ON SHEET
