 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) REFER TO R101.4.5 ENERGY CONSERVATION: THE
 PREVIOUSLY UNCONDITIONED RESIDENCE THAT IS NOW BECOMING
 CONDITIONED SPACE SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO FULL COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE CODE. PLEASE SEE SECTION R101.5.1 AND SUBMIT
 AN ENERGY COMPLIANCE FORM.
  
 2) SHEET M-2: THE AC CALC PASTED ON THE PLAN SHEET ARE
 NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE AC SYSTEMS SPECIFIED ON THE
 PLANS. THE CALCULATION WHICH IS TITLED "SYSTEM #1" ARE
 INDICATING A COOLING LOAD OF APPROXIMATELY 25,000 BTUH,
 HOWEVER THE PLANS ARE INDICATING SYSTEM 1 AT 60,000
 BTUH AND SYSTEM 2 AT 42,000 BTUH- SEE SECTION R403.6.1
 FBC-14 ENERGY CONSERVATION AND PROVIDE COMPLETE AC
 CALCULATIONS INCLUDING THE MANUAL J WORKSHEETS.
  
 3) M-2: THE1ST FLOOR MAIN RETURN GRILL SHALL NOT BE
 LOCATED IN THE KITCHEN- SECTION M1602 ITEM #4 FBC-14
 RESDIENTIAL. PLEASE RELOCATE THE GRILL AND PROVIDE IT'S
 DIMENSIONS.
  
 4) M-2: AHU-1 LOCATED IN THE GARAGE SHALL BE PROTECTED
 FROM VEHICAL IMPACT- SECTION M1307.3.1 FBC-14
 RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5) M-2: PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE SECOND FLOOR MAIN
 RETURN GRILL IN THE HALLWAY,
  
 6) M-2: PROVIDE THE SIZE OF THE TRANSFER DUCT AT THE
 18X10 RETURN FRILL IN THE SECOND FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM.
 PLEASE SEE SECTION M1602.4 EXCEPTIONS 1, 2, & 3 TO SIZE
 THE RETURN COMPONENTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CODE.
  
 7) M-2: SHOW THE CONDENSATE PIPING RUNS AND DISCHARGE
 LOCATIONS. SUBMIT SPECS FOR THE CONDENSATE PUMPS (IF
 APPLICABLE).
  
 8) M-2: THE DRYER EXHAUST DUCT SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH
 INTERIOR FINISH AND BE MINIMUM 28 GAUGE- SECTION
 M1502.4.1. FLEX DUCTS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
  
 9) M-2: PROVIDE INSTALLATION DETAILS FOR THE EXTERIOR
 CONDENSERS- SEE SECTIONS M1305.1.4.1 AND M1401.4 .
