 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE NEW BATHROOM IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE ENERGY
 CONSERVATION. PROVIDE DETAILS ON THE PLANS SHOWING
 INSULATION IN NEW AND EXISTING WALLS AND CEILING.
 SUBMIT TWO SETS OF DOCUMENTS/FORMS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE.

 2) THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THERE ARE TWO(2) EXISTING
 IMPACT RATED EXTERIOR FRENCH DOORS. I WAS NOT ABLE TO
 FIND A PERMIT RECORD FOR THESE DOORS ON FILE WITH THE
 CITY. IT APPEARS THAT THEY MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED
 WITHOUT PERMITS OR INSPECTIONS. IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE
 DOCUMENTATION THAT THE DOORS WERE PERMITTED AND
 INSPECTED, THEN YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DO SO. THEY CAN BE
 ADDED TO THIS SCOPE OF WORK OR THEY CAN BE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT. FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE EXTERIOR FRENCH
 DOORS.
  
 3) PROVIDE COMPLETE DIMENSIONS OF THE WORK AREA.
 SPECIFY THE SIZES OF THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR DOORS.
 SPECIFY THE CEILING HEIGHT. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) INDICATE ON THE PLANS THE METHOD THAT WILL BE USED
 TO RAISE THE BATHROOM FLOOR TO MAKE IT LEVEL WITH THE
 EXISTING BEDROOM. SHOW THE 4" STEP DOWN FROM THE NEW
 BATH AT THE EXTERIOR DOOR. INDICATE ON THE PLANS WHAT
 WILL BE DONE WITH THE EXISTING EXTERIOR DOOR WHEN THE
 FLOOR IS RAISED FOUR INCHES. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) SPECIFY THE SIZE THE NEW WOOD STUD WALL (2 X 4 OR 2
 X 6). FBC 107.2.1
  
 6) SPECIFY THE INTENDED USE OF THE REMAINING PORTION OF
 THE ENCLOSED PORCH ON THE PLANS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 7) IN ORDER TO REDUCE PLAN REVIEW TIME, PLEASE SUBMIT A
 RESPONSE LETTER INDICATING HOW EACH OF THE REVIEW
 COMMENTS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED.
