 1. ROOFING PERMIT REQUIRED. ROOFING REVIEW APPROVED.
  
 2. PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEES WILL BE REQUIRED.
 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES, REQUIRED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY, SHALL BE PAID.
 UPON FINAL APPROVAL OF PLANS, ONE SET OF PLANS SHALL BE
 SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR AN
 IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH THE IMPACT FEE STAMP
 AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE
 CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN

 3. INSULATION - PROVIDE ICC-ES REPORT AND MANUFACTURERS
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PROPOSED R20 ICYNENE
 INSULATION. DESIGNER TO SELECT ICYNENE PRODUCT TO BE
 USED.
 R402.1.1 INSULATION AND FENESTRATION CRITERIA.
 THE BUILDING THERMAL ENVELOPE SHALL MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF TABLE R402.1.1 BASED ON THE CLIMATE
 ZONE SPECIFIED IN CHAPTER 3.
  
 3. PROVIDE SITE DRAINAGE PLAN.
 FBC R401.3 SITE DRAINAGE
 PROVIDE TWO SETS OF A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R401.3 DRAINAGE.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD.
 LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM
 FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6
 INCHES WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET.
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES OF FALL WITHIN 10
 FEET, DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE
 DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET OF THE BUILDING
 FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2 PERCENT AWAY
 FROM THE BUILDING.
