| | SCREENING SHALL CONSIST OF A VISUALLY OPAQUE BARRIER |
| | WITH THE CHARACTER, ARCHITECTURAL DETAILING, AND COLOR |
| | SIMILAR TO THOSE UTILIZED IN THE ADJACENT BUILDING |
| | STRUCTURES. IN LIEU OF A SCREENED ENCLOSURE, MECHANICAL |
| | EQUIPMENT MAY OTHERWISE BE LOCATED WITHIN THE CONFINES |
| | OF AN ENCLOSED STRUCTURE OR BUILDING. THE INSTALLATION |
| | OF JUST LANDSCAPING SCREENING DOES NOT MEET THE |
| | REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 94-315(B). AS STATED IN THE ZONING |
| | AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE MECHANICAL |
| | EQUIPMENT SHALL BE "ENCLOSED ON ALL SIDES BY A WALL OF |
| | ADEQUATE HEIGHT CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE |
| | CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY |
| | DURABLE WOOD OR STEEL". |

| | 3. DUE TO MODFICATIONS IN THE PARKING LAYOUT, IT |
| | APPEARS THERE WAS A REDUCTION IN THE # OF SPACES |
| | PROVIDED IN THE GARAGE FROM 216 DOWN TO 215; ALL PLANS |
| | NEED TO BE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY, INCLUDING THE APPROVED |
| | SITE PLAN. |

| | 4. PLEASE CLARIFY WHY THERE ARE TWO (2) DIFFERENT SETS |
| | OF LANDSCAPE PLANS WITHIN THE SAME SUBMITTAL. PLEASE |
| | MAKE SURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE CORRECT AND THAT THE |
| | PROPER NAMING CONVENTION IS USED. |

| | 5. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THERE IS A LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR A |
| | SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE INCLUDED WITHIN THE PACKAGE. |
