 PREVIOUS PERIMETER LAYOUT. THIS NEW ARRANGEMENT
 DEVIATES FROM THE APPROVED SITE PLAN AND NOW BRINGS
 INTO QUESTION HOW IT MEETS ACCESSIBILITY CODES 502.3
 AND FLORIDA STATUTE 553.401(5)(A).
 PLEASE CLARIFY IF SITE PLAN IS BEING ADJUSTED AND HOW
 ACCESS AISLE WORKS WITHOUT LEADING PERSONS TO WALK
 BEHIND PARKED VEHICLES.
 ALSO, SHEET A-1.0.02, MEP SHEETS, LANDSCAPING SHEETS
 AND SITE PLAN SHOW ORIGINAL PARKING LAYOUT. PLEASE

 COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPENING REQUIREMENTS FOR OPEN
 GARAGE. HOWEVER, I DON?T SEE THE CALCULATIONS AS TO HOW
 THIS WAS DERIVED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS TO
 SHOW HOW 20% OF THE TOTAL WALL AREA OF LOWER TIER IS
 BEING PROVIDED OVER 40% OF THE PERIMETER.
 IF THIS TIER IS CODE DEFINED AS ENCLOSED THAN
 PROVISIONS OF 406.6 FOR ENCLOSED GARAGE WILL APPLY.
