 CHAPTER 2, FBC B 1001.1. THIS STRUCTURE - A PARKING
 GARAGE WITH WALLS THAT ALSO ACT AS RETAINING WALLS ON
 THREE SIDES, ONE OPEN SIDE, ROOF WHICH SERVES AS
 PARKING AT GRADE, DUE TO SITE ELEVATIONS. FIRST FLOOR
 IS PARTIALLY UNDER GROUND. THIS DESCRIPTION IS PROVIDED
 FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE WHO ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH THE
 STRUCTURE WHICH IS UNUSUAL FOR FLORIDA.
  
 3. SP1.0, STRUCTURE IS SHOWN ON THE PROPERTY LINE WITH
 OPENINGS ON THE PROPERTY LINE. SEE FBC B TABLE 705.8
 AND REVISE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE. ALSO NOTE THAT THESE
 OPENINGS ARE USED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN PARKING
 GARAGE OPENINGS. HOW WILL YOU GUARANTEE THAT THIS AREA

 BUILDING WHEN THEY ENTERED AT GRADE.
  
 8. A1.2.01, OCCUPANT LOAD IS SHOWN AS 1 ON THE LIFE
 SAFETY PLAN, REVISE AS THE AREA OF FIRST FLOOR IS
 LARGER THAN 200SF. IT IS NOTED AS "NOT ENCLOSED", BUT
 APPEARS TO HAVE TWO SIDES ENTIRELY OBSTRUCTED AND ONE
 SIDE ALMOST ENTIRELY OBSTRUCTED (BY WALLS). DIMENSIONS
 AND SQUARE FOOT AREA WERE NOT PROVIDED ON THE LS
 SHEETS.

 RESULTS IN 190 OCCUPANTS. REVISE LIFE SAFETY PLAN
 ACCORDINGLY.

 REQUIRED AS EXITS REQUIRED BY FBC CHAPTER 10.
 EXITS/MEANS OF EGRESS AND ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS
 NOT CLEAR. REVISE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE.
  
 11. FBC A 206.2.3, VERTICAL ACCESSIBLITY REQUIRED. SEE
