 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PARKING DETAIL ON SHEET A-4.8.01 SHALL CONFORM TO
 THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SPECIFICALLY WITH REGARD TO
 DOUBLE-STRIPING. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR A COPY OF THE
 CITY?S STANDARD DETAIL. A DETAIL SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED
 SHOWING THE STRIPING IN RELATION TO THE SUPPORT COLUMN
 STRUCTURE, SHOWING THAT THE SUPPORT COLUMNS ARE TO BE
 COMPLETELY WITHIN THE DOUBLE-STRIPING AND WILL NOT
 IMPEDE THE PARKING STALL.
  
 2. PLEASE INCLUDE THE SITE PLAN (PREPARED BY UDKS)
 SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED GARAGE, AS
 APPROVED BY THE BANYAN CAY RPD/CPD. THE SITE PLAN
 SHOULD SHOW THE BOUNDARY OF THE RPD/CPD, THE LIMITS OF
 THE PODS AND PERMISSIBLE BUILDING AREAS (PBA), ETC.
  
 3. THE ACCESSIBLE AISLE LOCATED BETWEEN SPACES #61 AND
 #62 IS DIMENSIONED AS BEING ONLY 4 FEET 10 INCHES IN
 WIDTH; SUCH AISLE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET IN
 WIDTH.
  
 4. SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR SITE WORK,
 LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION, ETC. REMINDER THAT
 SHADE/FLOWERING TREES OF AT LEAST 16 FEET AND PALMS OF
 AT LEAST 22 FEET IN HEIGHT AT TIME OF INSTALLATION
 SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE OUTSIDE PERIMETER OF THE
 GARAGE WITH THE USE OF ELEVATED PLANTER BOXES, BERMING,
 OR SIMILAR, INCORPORATED INTO THE EXTERIOR DESIGN OF
 THE GARAGE TO ALLOW FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE PLANT
 MATERIAL SUCH THAT IT IS ELEVATED AND PROVIDES SOME
 CANOPY COVERAGE OVER THE ROOF OF THE GARAGE. MOVABLE,
 SELF-CONTAINED PLANTERS SHALL BE INCORPORATED INTO THE
 INTERIOR PORTION OF THE ROOF LEVEL.
  
 5. IS MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT STILL PROPOSED TO BE
 INSTALLED AT THE NORTH END OF THE GARAGE, UNDER THE
 TRELLIS? IF SO, WHAT PROVISIONS ARE BEING MADE TO
 SCREEN THE EQUIPMENT FROM THE SIDES? PURSUANT TO THE
 BANYAN CAY DESIGN GUIDELINES & DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS,
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. SCREENING SHALL CONSIST
 OF A VISUALLY OPAQUE BARRIER WITH THE CHARACTER,
 ARCHITECTURAL DETAILING, AND COLOR SIMILAR TO THOSE
 UTILIZED IN THE ADJACENT BUILDING STRUCTURES. IN LIEU
 OF A SCREENED ENCLOSURE, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY
 OTHERWISE BE LOCATED WITHIN THE CONFINES OF AN ENCLOSED
 STRUCTURE OR BUILDING.
