 WITH RESPECT TO EVALUATION OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS?
 DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT NECESSARY, IN
 ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH
 REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION,
 A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPORTION OF THE
 PERMIT FEE ATTRIBUTED TO PLANS REVIEW.

 TITLE STRIP OF WHO THE AUTHOR IS OF THE PLANS. THE
 QUALIFIER FOR THE COMPANY NEEDS TO PRINT THEIR NAME,
 SIGN THEIR NAME AND PRINT THEIR LICENSE NUMBER ON THE
 PLANS AND IDENTIFY THE PROJECT BY ADDRESS. 107.2.1.

 THE INSTALLATION OF A 32 INCH X 80 INCH NEW DOOR. THE
 2014 FBC-B 1008.1.1 MINIMUM DOOR SIZE IS A 32 INCH
 CLEAR WIDTH, A 2 FT. 10 INCH DOOR WILL NOT MAKE A 32
 INCH CLEAR OPENING FOR EGRESS DOORS.
 2014 FBC-B 1008.1.1 SIZE OF DOORS. THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF
 EACH DOOR OPENING SHALL BE SUFFICIENT FOR THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD THEREOF AND SHALL PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32
 INCHES. CLEAR OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS
 SHALL BE MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE
 STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES.
  
 4)COMPLIED. 2014 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 404.2.6 DOORS IN
 SERIES AND GATES IN SERIES.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
