 ACCURATE VALUE FOR THIS PROJECT. PERMIT FEES/ PLAN

 VALUATION. IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION,
 STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING
 SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 2) THE SUBMITTED PLANS DOES NOT INCLUDE A TITLE STRIP
 OF WHO THE AUTHOR IS OF THE PLANS. THE QUALIFIER FOR
 THE COMPANY NEEDS TO PRINT THEIR NAME, SIGN THEIR NAME
 AND PRINT THEIR LICENSE NUMBER ON THE PLANS AND
 IDENTIFY THE PROJECT BY ADDRESS. 107.2.1. INFORMATION

 MINIMUM DOOR SIZE IS A 32 INCH CLEAR WIDTH OR A 2 FT.

 GATES IN SERIES. THE DISTANCE BETWEEN TWO HINGED OR
 PIVOTED DOORS IN SERIES AND GATES IN SERIES SHALL BE 48
 INCHES MINIMUM PLUS THE WIDTH OF DOORS SWINGING INTO
 THE SPACE.
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
