 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSION FOR THE NEW LIGHT POLE
 SHOWN IN DETAIL 2 ON SHEET E2.01. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS
 POLE IS REQUIRED TO BE A MINIMUM OF 25 FEET FROM NORTH
 FLAGLER DRIVE.
  
 2) PROVIDE INFORMATION/DRAWINGS THAT THE NORTHERNMOST
 LIGHT POLE BEING SHOWN AS RELOCATED IN DETAIL 2 ON
 SHEET E2.02 WILL NOT CONFLICT WITH THE EXISTING COCONUT
 PALMS LOCATED IN THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND. THE POLE NEEDS
 TO BE AT LEAST FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE CLOSEST POINT OF
 THE TREE.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN TO VERIFY
 THAT THERE IS NO GLARE BEING CAST ONTO THE ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES OR THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY. THE
 CITY STANDARD IS THAT ILLUMINATION LEVELS SHALL NOT
 EXCEED ONE FOOT CANDLE AT THE PROPERTY BOUNDARY AND
 THAT GLARE DOES NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOT CANDLES IN A
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. *** SHEET E3.01 SHOWS
 ILLUMINATION LEVELS AS HIGH AS 1 FOOTCANDLE ALONG THE
 WEST PROPERTY LINE, WHICH IS PERMITTED; HOWEVER, IT
 DOES NOT VERIFY THAT THE GLARE IS ONLY 0.5 FOOTCANDLES
 ON THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WEST OF THE
 PROPERTY LINE. NO PHOTOMETRICS WERE PROVIDED THAT
 VERIFY THAT THE LIGHTING LEVELS AT THE PROPERTY LINES
 ADJACENT TO THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY DO NOT EXCEED 1
 FOOTCANDLE AND THAT GLARE WILL NOT BE CAST INTO THE
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY THEMSELVES.
  
 4) STAFF HAS CONCERNS WITH THE POTENTIAL GLARE CREATED
 BY FIXTURE TYPES B AND D DUE TO THE EXPOSED LIGHT
 SOURCE AND THE SIDE LIGHT CASTING. THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN
 WILL VERIFY IF THESE ARE ACCEPTABLE.
