 1.7.11.1 THE AHJ SHALL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO REQUIRE
 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH

 WITH CHAPTERS 22 AND 23 SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM THE
 PROVISIONS OF
