 UNIT. THE CITY RECORD ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY
 APPRAISERS OFFICE IS DIFFERENT FROM BOTH.
 PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF OWNERSHIP. 2014 FLORIDA

 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION

 2) BOTH SETS OF THE ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS ARE MISSING
 THE ARCHITECTS SIGNATURE, DATE AND SEALED PLANS.
 61 G 1-16.003 USES OF SEAL. EFFECTIVE 04/18/2000. THE
 PERSONAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND DATE OF THE ARCHITECT
 SHALL APPEAR ON ALL ARCHITECTURAL DOCUMENTS TO BE FILED
 FOR PUBLIC RECORD.
  
 3) SHEET A210:
 3A) PLEASE NOTE THIS IS CONSIDERED A CHANGE IN
 OCCUPANCY, WILL NEED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2014
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE CHAPTER 10, SECTION 1001.3.1
 PARTIAL CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
 WHERE A PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED TO A

 FBC-B TABLE 503 INDICATES THIS BUILDING TO BE A MINIMUM
 BUILDING TYPE IB FOR 11 STORIES.
  
 3C) OCCUPANCY TYPE INDICATED FOR THE BAKERY IS A
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. THERE IS NO LIFE SAFETY PLAN
 PROVIDED. NOTED THERE IS A PROPOSED KITCHEN LAYOUT PLAN
 AND AN EQUIPMENT PLAN WITH PROPOSED FURNITURE LAYOUT
 WITH FURNITURE SCHEDULE, THE FURNITURE SCHEDULE HAS
 LEFT OUT THE BENCH SEATING AT THE MIRRORED WALL. WITH
 THE ADDITIONAL SEATING ALONE THE SEAT COUNT ALONE IS 56
 OCCUPANTS. WITH THIS OCCUPANT LOAD ALONE THIS TENANT
