 APPEARS TO BE MERCANTILE, FBC B 309. ARCHITECT USES 100
 SF PER PERSON, MERCANTILE REQUIRES 30 SF PER PERSON FBC
 B 1004.1.2.
  
 OTHER PLACES CALL THIS A "CLUBHOUSE" WHICH IS ASSEMBLY
 (FBC B 303.1) WITH A HIGHER OCCUPANT LOAD.
  
 IF ARCHITECT DOES NOT AGREE THAT THE PROPOSED "PRO
 SHOP" IS MERCANTILE, REVISE THE PLAN TO INCORPORATE
 PROPOSED USE TO CLARIFY WHY THE PRO SHOP IS BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY.
  
 A COMPLETE REVIEW CANNOT BE DONE AT THIS TIME DUE TO
 INCONSISTENT INFORMATION. REVISE ALL PLANS TO BE

 3. MODSPACE PLANS CALL THIS A "MODULAR", PROVIDE DCA
 APPROVAL (LETTER SHOWING APPROVAL NUMBER AND PLANS). IF
 THIS IS A DCA MANUFACTURED BUILDING, AND IT WAS
 DESIGNED TO BUSINESS OCCUPANCY, AND NOW MIXED OCCUPANCY
 (BUSINESS & MERCANTILE) IS PROPOSED, A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY IS REQUIRED.
  
 MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING ARE NOT BEING REVIEWED AT THIS
 TIME AS OCCUPANCY AND PROPOSED USE IS NOT CLEAR.
  
 PER DCA, AN EXISTING MODULAR BUILDING BEING CONVERTED
 FROM ONE OCCUPANCY TYPE TO ANOTHER REQUIRES THAT THE

 CONSTRUCTION UNDER FBC 2010, BUT ALSO DECLARES FBC 2014
 UNDER "STRUCTURAL LOAD LIMITATIONS". A NOTE STATES THAT
 THIS WAS DESIGNED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ACI318, AISC,
 ACI530. PLEASE REMOVE STANDARDS NOT APPLICABLE TO THIS
 STRUCTURE, FBC 107.
  
 5. ONE ACCESSIBLE RAMP IS SHOWN, THREE ENTRANCES/EXITS
 ARE SHOWN. FBC A 206.4.1, IT APPEARS THAT TWO ARE
 REQUIRED (NOTE DEFINITION OF "PUBLIC ENTRANCE" INCLUDES
 ALL ENTRANCES THAT ARE NOT SERVICE OR RESTRICTED
 ENTRANCES), REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE 2ND ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCE.
