 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF A RECENT SURVEY.
  
 2) THE PAVING PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 ALL PLANS MUST SHOW THE SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 3) THE PAVING PLAN SHOWS A DOUBLE DETECTOR CHECK VALVE
 IN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER/TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND
 ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING. A CHECK VALVE MAY NOT BE
 PLACED IN THIS LANDSCAPE ISLAND AS THIS IS REQUIRED FOR
 A TREE.
  
 4) THE DUMPSTER AND ADJACENT LANDSCAPE ARE SHOWN IN
 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ON THE LANDSCAPE AND PAVING PLANS.
 ALL PLANS MUST SHOW THE SAME CONDITIONS.
  
 5) THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ADJACENT TO THE SIDEWALK NEED
 TO EXTEND PERPENDICULAR TO THE SIDEWALK NOT CURVED. THE
 ISLANDS ARE NOT PART OF THE DRIVEWAY APPROACH.
  
 6) THE AREA ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE MIDDLE ROW OF
 TERMINAL ISLANDS IS REQUIRED TO BE A TERMINAL LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND, NOT PAINTED PAVEMENT. THIS LANDSCAPE AREA MUST
 BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT WITH A CURB.
  
 7) THE AREA ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHEAST PORTION OF THE
 BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO BE A FOUNDATION LANDSCAPE AREA
 SINCE THE BUILDING IS CURRENTLY DEFICIENT IN MEETING
 THE REQUIRED MINIMUM 30% FOUNDATION PLANTING. THIS
 LANDSCAPE AREA MUST BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR
 ENCROACHMENT WITH A CURB.
  
 8) THE PARKING DETAIL INCLUDED ON SHEET 2 DOES NOT
 COMPLY WITH CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH STANDARDS. USE THE
 CITY STANDARD DETAIL. IT IS AVAILABLE FROM THE PLANNING
 DIVISION.
  
 9) THE 22 FOOT WIDE DRIVE AISLE IS A GRANDFATHERED
 CONDITION.
  
 10) A BICYCLE RACK IS REQUIRED. PLEASE SHOW A BICYCLE
 RACK MEETING CITY STANDARDS.
  
 11) STAFF SUGGESTS REVIEWING THE OPTION OF REMOVING THE
 POWER POLES AND BURYING THE UTILITY LINES AS THIS WILL
 NOT ONLY IMPROVE THE AESTHETICS OF THE SITE, BUT IT
 WILL ALSO ALLOW MORE FLEXIBILITY IN THE SITE DESIGN AS
 IT RELATES TO THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE. ANOTHER OPTION
 MAY BE TO CONSOLIDATE THE SERVICES ON ONE POLE.
