 OF OCCUPANCY). A FEE OF $500.00 DOLLARS IS INVOLVED AND
 IS GOOD FOR ONLY 90 DAYS. IF THE REMAINDER OF THE
 BUILDING IS NOT COMPLETE WITHIN 90 DAYS A 2ND REQUEST
 FOR TCO WILL NEED TO CONTINUE TO OCCUPY THE ANIMAL
 HOSPITAL AND AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $500.00 WOULD BE
 REQUIRED. IF AFTER (2) CERTIFICATES THE BUILDING IS NOT
 COMPLETE, THE CONTRACTOR WILL THEN NEED TO APPLY TO THE
 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEAL FOR THE CONTINUATION OF
 THE TCO, FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT &
 APPEAL ARE $100.00.
  
 3B) A SECOND ISSUE IS HOW THE COUNTY IMPACT FEES ARE TO
 BE PAID FOR THE WHOLE BUILDING BEFORE THE DEMOLITION OF
 THE EXISTING BUILDING AND CREDITS THAT WOULD BE DUE.
 THE CONTRACTOR OR OWNER WILL NEED TO DISCUSS THIS WITH
 MR. SWOOP 561-233-2014 AT PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEE
 OFFICE.
  
 3C) THE THIRD ISSUE THAT WILL NEED TO BE CORRECTED IS
 FOUND ON THE FS-1 PLAN. AS DEPICTED THE FIRE LINE WILL
 NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE PHASE III SINCE IT IS SHOWN
 GOING THROUGH THE SOUTH END OF THE BUILDING. THE FIRE
 SPRINKLER WILL NEED TO BE IN THE ANIMAL HOSPITAL IN
 PHASE ONE! THE PLAN NEEDS TO BE ROUTED IN A WAY THAT
 THE FIRE LINE ENTERS THE BUILDING AT PHASE ONE AND THEN
 IS EXTENDED IN PHASE III. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4) SHEET A 1.00 THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN:
 4A) GENERAL LIFE SAFETY PLAN NOTE # 4 INDICATES THE
 MAXIMUM ELEVATION CHANGE AT ALL BUILDING ENTRANCE DOORS
 (INCLUDING THRESHOLDS) AND ALONG THE REQUIRED MEANS OF
 EGRESS SHALL BE EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN ? INCH. THE LIFE
 SAFETY PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE EXIT SIGNS DIRECTING WHICH
 DOOR IS THE REQUIRED MEANS OF EGRESS. SHEET E2 SHOWS
 EXIT LIGHT AND BATTERY BACKUP LIGHTS OVER BOTH EXITS.
 THE COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL IS NOT EXCEEDED (75 FEET
 LIMIT). WHEN YOU GO TO THE C-1 SHEET SHOWS AT THE
 ANIMAL HOSPITAL, BAY # 1 AND BAY # 2 APPROXIMATELY A
 CHANGE IN GRADE FROM THE LANDING TO THE CITY SIDEWALK.
 THE ELEVATION TAGS ON SHEET C1 SHOW A 2 STEP RISERS
 APPROXIMATE 4 ? INCHES EACH. PLEASE SHOW THIS SAME
 CHANGE IN ELEVATION ON THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN A 1.00.
  
 4B) WITH THE CHANGE IN GRADE AT THE EAST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING AND CLOSENESS TO THE CITY SIDEWALK PLEASE
 PROVIDE HOW COMPLIANCE WILL BE MET WITH SECTION 1003.5

 9A) SHEET A 5.01 DETAIL # 3 THE UPPER ROOF DETAIL
 INDICATES SHEATHING IS TO BE ATTACHED TO PRE-FABRICATED
 WOOD TRUSSES OR METAL ROOF TRUSSES REFER TO STRUCTURAL
 DRAWINGS. 2014 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION

 10) SHEET S3.2 SHOWS DETAIL # 8 THE CURB DETAIL FOR RTU
 SUPPORT. THE DETAIL DOES SHOW THE ATTACHMENT OF THE
 CURB TO THE ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS AND A MAXIMUM CURB
 HEIGHT OF 14 INCHES FROM THE FINISH ROOF DECK TO THE
 TOP OF THE CURB, THE DETAIL DOES NOT SHOW THE OVERLAP
 OF THE TOP OF THE RTU CURB, AS DETAILED ON M3. THE
