 NOTE:
 ENGINEER MAY BE CHARGED FOUR TIMES THE PLAN REVIEW FEE
 AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE 553.80(2)(B) FOR
 MULTIPLE PLAN REVIEW REJECTIONS.
  
 1- ORIGINAL COMMENT: INFORMATION ON DETAIL 5 TYPICAL
 PIER FOOTING IS INCOMPLETE. IT'S MISSING THE FOOTING
 SIZE, THIS IS NOT A CONTINUOUS FOOTING. THEREFORE THERE
 IS NO CONTINUOUS (2)#5. REVISE AS REQUIRED. PROVIDE
 CORRECT FOOTING INFORMATION. PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 THE FILLED CELLS. PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ATTACHMENT OF THE PORCH TO THE
 PIER. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 RESPONSE: DETAIL 5 WAS DELETED FROM REVISED DRAWINGS.
 NOW, THERE IS NO FOOTING INFORMATION SHOWN FOR THE
 PORCH. PLAN ON SHEET 1 DOESN'T SHOW ANY FOOTING. NEED
 TO PROVIDE COMPLETE PLANS, DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR THE PORCH FOOTING AND ATTACHMENT.
  
 2- ORIGINAL COMMENT: PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE VENTILATION
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R408 FBC-RESIDENTIAL FOR THE
 REVISED PORCH AREA. NOTE: MAKE SURE CROSS VENTILATION
 FOR THE STEM WALL IS NOT BLOCKED.
 RESPONSE: VENTILATION FOR PORCH AREA WAS PROVIDED, BUT
 IS MISSING THE ACCESS OPENING REQUIRED BY SEC. R408.4
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
