 1- THE LANDING ON THE EXTERIOR SIDE OF THE ENTRY DOOR
 DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM DIMENSION REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R311.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, 5TH EDITION (2014).
 ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVISE DIMENSION ON SHEET #1 AND
 #2.
  
 2- INFORMATION ON DETAIL 5 TYPICAL PIER FOOTING IS
 INCOMPLETE. IT'S MISSING THE FOOTING SIZE, THIS IS NOT
 A CONTINUOUS FOOTING. THEREFORE THERE IS NO CONTINUOUS
 (2)#5. REVISE AS REQUIRED. PROVIDE CORRECT FOOTING
 INFORMATION. PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FILLED
 CELLS. PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 THE ATTACHMENT OF THE PORCH TO THE PIER. SEC. R301.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS OF SEC.
 R408 FBC-RESIDENTIAL FOR THE REVISED PORCH AREA. NOTE:
 MAKE SURE CROSS VENTILATION FOR THE STEM WALL IS NOT
 BLOCKED.
  
 4- REVISED FOUNDATION PLAN. NEED VERTICAL REINFORCEMENT
 IN ALL CORNERS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R609.3.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- QUALITY OF THE PRINTS SUBMITTED IS NOT GOOD. THEY
 HAVE PRINTING DARK LINES THAT ARE BLOCKING THE
 INFORMATION. PROVIDE CLEAR COPIES. SEC. 107.2.1.4 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
