 THE VALUE OF THE BUILDING ALONE, ACCORDING TO THE PALM
 BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER, IT LOOKS LIKE THE
 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK AND WORK PERFORMED IN THE PAST
 WILL TRIGGER THE SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT
 POLICY. PLEASE PROVIDE COPY OF THE SURVEY (2 COPIES)
 SHOWING THE EXISTING FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION OF THE
 HOUSE TO VERIFY IF THE HOUSE COMPLIES WITH THE MINIMUM
 FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION REQUIRED. SEC. 94- 541 CITY
 CODE.

 SPECIFY BEDROOM. SEC. 102.2 AND 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) SCALE SPECIFIED ON THE FLOOR PANS ON SHEET A-3 IS
 INCORRECT. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
