 1) SHEET A 250 - THERE IS AN INCORRECT REFERNECE TO THE
 NFPA AND FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE. THOUGH THE 5TH
 EDITION IS CORRECT THE YEAR IS NOT.
  
 THE PROPOSED PROJECT SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 5TH EDITION OF FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE EFFECTIVE
 DECEMBER 31, 2014, (2014) INCLUDING THE 2012 EDITION OF
 NFPA 1 AND NFPA 101 AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE CODES OR
 STANDARDS.

 6.1.14.2.2 MIXED OCCUPANCY. A MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY WHERE
 THE OCCUPANCIES ARE INTERMINGLED.
 6.1.14.2.3 SEPARATED OCCUPANCY. A MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY
 WHERE THE OCCUPANCIES ARE SEPARATED BY FIRE
 RESISTANCE?RATED ASSEMBLIES.
 6.1.14.3 MIXED OCCUPANCIES.
 6.1.14.3.1 EACH PORTION OF THE BUILDING SHALL BE
 CLASSIFIED AS TO ITS USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 6.1
 6.1.14.3.2* THE BUILDING SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MOST
 RESTRICTIVE REQUIREMENTS OF THE OCCUPANCIES INVOLVED,
 UNLESS SEPARATE SAFEGUARDS ARE APPROVED.
 6.1.14.4 SEPARATED OCCUPANCIES.
 6.1.14.4.1 WHERE SEPARATED OCCUPANCIES ARE PROVIDED,
 EACH PART OF THE BUILDING COMPRISING A DISTINCT
 OCCUPANCY, AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, SHALL BE
 COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM OTHER OCCUPANCIES BY
 FIRE-RESISTIVE ASSEMBLIES, AS SPECIFIED IN 6.1.14.4.2,
 6.1.14.4.3, TABLE 6.1.14.4.1(A), AND TABLE
 6.1.14.4.1(B), UNLESS SEPARATION IS PROVIDED BY
 APPROVED EXISTING SEPARATIONS.
  
 PLEASE REVIEW, CLARIFY, CORRECT AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE.
  
  
  
  
 3) SHEET A 201 - THERE IS A NEW DOOR, 106, INDICATED
 THROUGH THE WALL TO THE STORAGE AREA. THERE IS NOT FIRE
 RATING INDICATED ON THIS EXISTING WALL. A PREVIOUS
 BUILDING PERMIT PLAN INDICATED THAT THIS IS A 2 HOUR
 FIRE RATED WALL.
  
 PLEASE REVIEW WITH # 2 ABOVE AND DPROVIDE THE
 APPLICABLE RATING TO THIS OPENING.
  
  
  
  
 4) SHEET A 250 - THERE IS A REFERENCE INDICATED TO NFPA
 101 7.3.1.2 IN THE OCCUPANCY LOAD TABULATION TO
 BUSINESS USE 1 PER 300 SQ FT.
  
 PER NFPA 101, CHAPTER 7 MEANS OF EGRESS,
  
 7.3.1.2* OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR. THE OCCUPANT LOAD IN ANY
 BUILDING OR PORTION THEREOF SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN THE
 NUMBER OF PERSONS DETERMINED BY DIVIDING THE FLOOR AREA
 ASSIGNED TO THAT USE BY THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR FOR
 THAT USE AS SPECIFIED IN TABLE7.3.1.2, FIGURE 7.3.1.2
 (A), AND FIGURE 7.3.1.2
 (B). WHERE BOTH GROSS AND NET AREA FIGURES ARE GIVEN
 FOR THE SAME OCCUPANCY, CALCULATIONS SHALL BE MADE BY
 APPLYING THE GROSS AREA FIGURE TO THE GROSS AREA OF THE
 PORTION OF THE BUILDING DEVOTED TO THE USE FOR WHICH
 THE GROSS AREA FIGURE IS SPECIFIED AND BY APPLYING THE
 NET AREA FIGURE TO THE NET AREA OF THE PORTION OF THE
 BUILDING DEVOTED TO THE USE FOR WHICH THE NET AREA
 FIGURE IS SPECIFIED.
