| | THE INTERIOR LIGHTING POWER ALLOWANCE IS THE FLOOR AREA |
| | FOR EACH BUILDING AREA TYPE LISTED IN TABLE C405.5.2(1) |
| | TIMES THE VALUE FROM TABLE C405.5.2(1) FOR THAT AREA. |
| | FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS METHOD, AN ?AREA? SHALL BE |

| | DETERMINED BY MULTIPLYING THE FLOOR AREA OF EACH SPACE |
| | TIMES THE VALUE FOR THE SPACE TYPE IN TABLE C405.5.2(2) |
| | THAT MOST CLOSELY REPRESENTS THE PROPOSED USE OF THE |
| | SPACE, AND THEN SUMMING THE LIGHTING POWER ALLOWANCES |
| | FOR ALL SPACES. TRADEOFFS AMONG SPACES ARE PERMITTED. |
