| | DOES NOT ALLOW FOR TWO RESIDENCES ON A SINGLE PROPERTY |
| | IN A SF7 ZONE. THE PROPERTY OWNER(S) ARE REQUIRED TO |
| | SUBMIT AN UPDATED SURVEY AND PROOF FROM THE COUNTY THAT |
