 ISSUANCE OF THIS RENOVATION PERMIT (NOW). FAILURE TO
 APPLY IMMEDIATELY WILL RESULT IN A VIOLATION ISSUED FOR

 OPTIONS (DOOR OPENER, WIDEN THE CORRIDOR) - REVISE THE
 PLAN TO COMPLY WITH THIS ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENT.
