 NOT LOCATED ON THE CLOSEST ROUTE. SUBMIT A PERMIT
 APPLICATION TO BRING THE PARKING LOT INTO COMPLIANCE.
 IT APPEARS THAT THE PARKING LOT WAS RESTRIPED SOME TIME
