 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) 2ND REQUEST FOR AC COOLING AND HEATING CALCULATIONS,
 AND ENERGY CALCULATIONS- PLEASE COMPLY.
  
 2) SHEETS M2.1.1 & M2.2.1: THE AC LAYOUT PLANS APPEAR
 INCOMPLETE. A) INDICATE WHAT TYPE AND SIZE OF LOW
 PRESSURE DUCTWORK IS TO BE INSTALLED AT THE OUTLETS OF
 THE VAV BOXES. B) LABEL THE DIFFUSER LOCATIONS IN THE
 LOW PRESSURE DUCTWORK AND INDICATE THE CFMS AT EACH.
  
 3) M2.1.1, M2.2.1, & M2.2.2: PROVIDE DUCT SMOKE
 DETECTORS IN THE RETURN AIR SYSTEMS OF THE NEW RTU'S-
 SECTION 606.2.1.
  
 4) M2.1.1 & M2.2.1: THE CORRIDORS CANNOT BE USED TO
 CONVEY RETURN AIR VIA THE TRANSFERS FROM THE CLASSROOMS
 AND OTHER ROOMS TO THE RTU'S- SECTION 601.2.
  
 5) M2.1.1 & M6.1: AN EXHAUST VENTILATION SYSTEM IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE LAB IN COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE 403.3
 FBC-14 MECHANICAL, AND TABLE 6-4 ASHRAE 62.1-2010. THE
 EXHAUST RATE IS CALCULATED AT A RATE OF 1.0 CFMS PER
 SQ. FT. REVISE THE PLANS AND CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THE
 REQUIRED SYSTEM, AND REVISE THE O/A TABLE TO INCLUDE
 THE FRESH AIR RATE FOR THE ROOM. PLEASE NOTE THAT
  
 RECIRCULATION OF AIR FROM THE SPACE IS PROHIBITED PER
 FOOTNOTE G.
  
 6) THE RTU EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE INDICATES THAT BOTH RTU-2
 & RTU-4 ARE EQUIPPED WITH ERV'S, HOWEVER NO EXHAUST
 SYSTEM IS CONNECTING TO RTU-4. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 7) M6.1: THE VENTILATION RATE FOR THE CLASSROOMS IS
 CALCULATED AT 0.12 CFMS PER SQ. FT. PLEASE CORRECT THE
 O/A SCHEDULE.
  
 8) PROVIDE COMPLETE STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING AND WIND
 DESIGN CRITERIA FOR INSTALLATION OF THE RTU'S- SECTION
 301.15.
  
 9) PROVIDE A CONDENSATE DISPOSAL PLAN FOR THE RTU'S-
 SECTION 307.
