 1. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF A PERMIT FOR THE ENCLOSURE
 OF THE PORCH. PLANS FOR THE PORCH (PERMIT 11817J ISSUED
 3/20/87) SHOW A ROOF AND COLUMNS WITH MINIMAL
 ELECTRICAL WORK.
  
 EITHER PROVIDE THE PERMIT NUMBER UNDER WHICH THIS AREA
 WAS CONVERTED FROM AN OPEN PORCH TO ENCLOSED HABITABLE
 AREA, SUBMIT PLANS FOR THE PORCH CONVERSION, OR OBTAIN
 A PERMIT TO DEMOLISH THE WORK INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT.
  
 2. FBC 107, PLANS ARE TO BE ARCHITECTURAL QUALITY, TO
 SCALE, SUFFICIENT TO SHOW WORK PROPOSED. DO NOT LABEL
 ELEMENTS INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT AS "EXISTING" AS
 "EXISTING" IS A TERM TO DESCRIBE ELEMENTS WHICH WERE
 PERMITTED, INSPECTED, OBTAINED FINAL INSPECTION, AND
 PERMIT CLOSED. ELEMENTS INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT, OR
 VIA A PERMIT WITH INCORRECT OR MISLEADING INFORMATION
 (SUCH AS THE WINDOW PERMIT WHICH CALLED THE WORK A
 "REPLACEMENT"), ARE SUGGESTED TO BE LABELED AS
 "PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED" OR OTHER SIMILAR LANGUAGE WITH A
 GENERAL NOTE TO CLARIFY THAT THE WORK HAS ALREADY BEEN
 DONE.
  
 A COMPLETE REVIEW CANNOT BE DONE AT THIS TIME DUE TO A
 LACK OF INFORMATION. SOME ITEMS TO INCLUDE ON THE PLAN:
  
 A BASIC FLOOR PLAN OF THE REAR OF THE HOUSE SHOWING
 ROOMS, ALL OPENINGS (BOTH OPENINGS STILL IN PLACE AND
 OPENINGS WHICH HAVE BEEN CLOSED UP) WITH DIMENSIONS AND
 WINDOW/DOOR TYPE
  
 FOR BEDROOMS ADJACENT TO THE PORCH, SHOW ALL OPENINGS
 TO THE OUTSIDE (WINDOWS AND DOORS) INCLUDING DIMENSIONS
  
 PROVIDE DETAILS FOR THE WALLS, FOUNDATION THROUGH THE
 ROOF. SHOW FINISHED FLOOR RELATIVE TO GRADE.
  
 WAS A CEILING INSTALLED? INSULATION? DRYWALL?
 DOORS/WINDOWS BETWEEN HOUSE AND PORCH LEFT IN PLACE, OR
 REMOVED? PLAN TO INCLUDE ALL ELEMENTS INSTALLED OR
 REMOVED.
  
 PLAN TO INCLUDE HOUSE EXISTING SQUARE FOOT UNDER AIR,
 PROPOSED "NEW" (PREVIOUSLY CONVERTED), NEW TOTAL - SEE
 ALSO IMPACT FEE REVIEW.
  
 3. SEE IMPACT FEE REVIEW.
  
 4. PERMIT VALUATION IS TO INCLUDE THE VALUE OF WORK,
 EVEN IF PREVIOUSLY DONE AND BEING PERMITTED AT THIS
