 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET 003-A0.03 ALLOWABLE BUILDING INCREASES. UNDER
 THIS HEADING AREA INCREASES WERE TAKEN FOR FIRE
 SPRINKLERS. THE BUILDING MAYBE FIRE SPRINKLERED BUT NO
 FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS WERE SUBMITTED UNDER THIS REVIEW.
 FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 RECONFIGURATION OF SPACE AND FOR BENEATH THE NEW
 MEZZANINE LEVEL AS WELL, ADDITIONAL FIRE AREAS WERE
 ADDED.

 CONSTRUCTION, ERECTION, ALTERATION, MODIFICATION,
 REPAIR, OR ADDITION UNLESS THE APPLICANT FOR SUCH

 THE PERMIT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WHICH APPLY
 TO THE CONSTRUCTION FOR WHICH THE PERMIT IS TO BE

 MAY DESIGN THE ALTERATION OF AN EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM IF THE ALTERATION CONSISTS OF THE RELOCATION,
 ADDITION OR DELETION OF NOT MORE THAN 49 HEADS,
 NOTWITHSTANDING THE SIZE OF THE EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM.
  
 2) SHEET A0.03 UNDER THE APPLICABLE CODES LIST THE FAIR
 HOUSING ACT DESIGN MANUAL, AND THE AMERICANS WITH
 DISABILITIES ACT, 2010 EDITION ANSI A117.1 2003 EDITION
 FOR CODES THAT DEAL WITH ACCESSIBILITY ELEMENTS. THE
 2014 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE IS NOT MENTIONED AS PART OF
 THE APPLICABLE CODES. SHEETS A0.05 AND A0.06 INCLUDE
 THE 2014 ACCESSIBILITY CODE FOR PUBLIC SPACES
 (LEASING). THE WHERE THE MORE STRINGENT OF THE 2 CODES
 WILL APPLY FOR THE COMMON USE ELEMENTS, PARKING SPACES
 AT THE CLUBHOUSE. A STATEMENT MUST BE ADDED FOR PUBLIC
 AND COMMON USE AREAS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE LEASING
 OFFICE, THAT THE REMAINDER OF THE CLUBHOUSE IS FOR THE
 USE OF THE RESIDENCE AND THEIR GUEST ONLY, NO UNITS ARE
 TO BE RENTED OUT AS TIME SHARE UNITS. IF THE COMMON
 AREAS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC ONLY
 PERIODICALLY, SUCH AS A FESTIVAL OR SEASONAL EVENT,
 THEY MUST COMPLY WITH THE 2014 FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY

 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS

 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO

 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
