 BUILDING, WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 278. THE PLANS FAILS
 TO SHOW FIRE RATED CORRIDORS 101, 105 & 116 ( 2014
 FBC-B TABLE 1018.1)WITH OPENING PROTECTIVES (DOOR &
 WINDOWS) IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 716.5.
  
 1B) THE MECHANICAL DUCTS THAT PENETRATE THE CORRIDOR
 WALLS LISTED ABOVE IN COMMENT 1A WILL NEED TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-B DUCTS AND AIR TRANSFER OPENINGS ,
 PENETRATIONS THROUGH FIRE RATED WALLS.
  
 1C) ROOM 111 THE MAIN AUDITORIUM THE BACK ROW IS
 PARTIALLY BLOCKED, THE AISLE ACCESSWAY IS PARTIALLY
 BLOCKED BY THE END SEAT IN THE NEXT FORWARD ROW AT EACH
 END OF THE ROW. PLEASE REVIEW FBC-B 1028.9.1. EXCEPTION
 3 (2). THIRTY INCHES WHERE THE AISLE DOES NOT SERVES
 MORE THAN 14 SEATS.
  
 1D) ROOM 111 THE MAIN AUDITORIUM THE 4TH ROW FROM THE
 FRONT PLEASE DIMENSION THE CLEAR WITH OF THE AISLES, IT
 APPEARS THEY MAY NOT CONFORM TO: 2014 FBC-B 1028.9.1(4)
 FORTY-TWO INCHES (1067 MM) FOR LEVEL OR RAMPED AISLES
 HAVING SEATING ON BOTH SIDES.

 OF THEIR LICENSE. REMOVE AND REPLACE EXISTING FINISHES
 AND BATHROOMS. I BELIEVE THIS IS A TYPO AND NEEDS TO BE
 CORRECTED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE AREAS OF THE ROOF THAT
 ARE TO BE REROOFED? PROVIDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 ROOFING TO BE REPLACED. 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY, COLLATE AND STAPLE INTO SETS OF PLANS. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
