| | BASED ON THE RESEARCH THAT I HAVE DONE, IT APPEARS THAT |
| | THIS STRUCTURE WAS ORIGINALLY A GARAGE APARTMENT BUILT |
| | IN 1925. THE SECOND FLOOR WAS LIVING SPACE AND THE |
| | FIRST FLOOR WAS A GARAGE. THE GARAGE HAD A 3 FIXTURE |
| | BATH ROOM. THERE ARE NOT ANY RECORDS ON FILE WITH THE |
| | CITY TO INDICATE THAT THE GARAGE WAS CONVERTED TO |
| | LIVING AREA WITH THE PROPER PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS. |
| | THERE IS A 4 TIMES THE FEE HOLD NOTE IN THE FILE FOR |
| | WORKING WITHOUT PERMITS FROM 2016 FOR CONVERTING THE |
| | GARAGE TO LIVING SPACE. A PERMIT WAS NEVER ATTAINED. |
| | THE WORK TO THE FIRST FLOOR GARAGE THAT IS SHOWN ON THE |
| | PLANS THAT WERE SUBMITTED WAS DONE WITHOUT THE PROPER |
| | PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS. PLEASE BE ADVISED THE |
| | INSPECTOR MAY REQUIRE PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED WORK TO BE |
